Dr Martin Bloomfield has worked in the field of neurodiversity for twenty five years, helping businesses and educators alike create more inclusive environments. He received a British Council Commendation for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and founded the National Dyslexia in Business Awards alongside the National Federation of Enterprise Agencies.
